Countries I ship to: EU, Canada, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States. Don’t see your country? I offer a wider range of shipping destinations on my Etsy store.

Shipping cost will be shown in the shopping cart once country is selected.

All orders are shipped from Lithuania (EU) within 1-3 business days after purchase and are delivered via standard state post service.

Usually shipping takes about 5 to 15 business days in Europe and 10 to 25 business days everywhere else. I am not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

For US customers: all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means you won’t need to pay any extra customs or duty fees upon delivery.

Returns

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

If you wish to return your order notify me by email at lolitastas@gmail.com before returning.

Items must be unused.

The buyer covers the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty. I recommend to get proof of posting.

I will refund the payment within max. 3 days of receiving the returned item.
