1. General Provisions

These Terms apply to all orders placed with Lolita Stas, Individual Activity Certificate No. 605426, VAT ID LT100017980819. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Information & Custom Orders

Each item is handmade. Minor variations from photos may occur. If an item is custom-made (to your specific measurements or requirements), the right of withdrawal (return) does not apply (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed in the shop are final and include VAT for customers within the European Union. The applicable VAT rate is calculated based on the buyer’s country of residence at the checkout. For customers outside the EU, prices do not include VAT, and you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country. The buyer is solely responsible for these additional charges. Shipping costs are additional and will be displayed before final confirmation. We accept payments via [/].

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any reason within 1 hour of placement. To cancel, please contact me immediately at lolitastas@gmail.com. If the cancellation request is received within this timeframe, I will issue a full refund. After 1 hour, the order enters the production or preparation stage and cannot be cancelled, though standard return policies may still apply (for non-custom items).

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be settled through direct communication. If unresolved, you can submit a claim via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
