General Provisions
These Terms apply to all orders placed with Lolita Stas, Individual Activity Certificate No. 605426, VAT ID LT100017980819. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Product Information and Custom Orders
Each item is handmade. Minor variations from photos may occur. If an item is custom-made (to your specific measurements or requirements), the right of withdrawal (return) does not apply (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed in the shop are final and include VAT for customers within the European Union. Shipping costs are additional and will be shown in the shopping cart once country is selected. I accept payments via major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for any reason within 3 hours of placement. To cancel, please contact me immediately at lolitastas@gmail.com.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should first be settled through direct communication. If unresolved, you can submit a claim via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
