Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from Lithuania (EU) and are delivered via national post service. Generally shipping takes about 5 to 10 business days in Europe and 10 to 25 working days everywhere else. I am not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Standard items: You have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Procedure: To exercise this right, you must notify me by email at lolitastas@gmail.com before returning the items.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
Costs: The buyer covers the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds: I will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
